SHIPPING POLICY:
We only dispatch orders during weekdays(Monday to Friday). If you place an order on Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday. Other orders during the weekdays will be shipped within 2 days after the order is placed.
Free shipping: If you choose our free shipping options, please know that this is not tracked or signed for. We will be sending it through Royal Mail 2nd class shipping.
However, there are chances of it being lost as it's not tracked/signed for. Unfortunately, if this was to happen, we would not replace your order but rather refund you 80% of the total amount.
Tracked/Signed for Delivery: This shipping option will be available for the LOW LOW price of £1.99. We will be using Tracked 48 or 2nd class Signed for delivery option depending on whichever is cheaper.
There may also be covid delays!
RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY:
We will NOT accept any returns or exchanges due to covid and hygiene reasons. If you have any queries about a piece, such as size and more pictures, please email us at [email protected] or DM us on Instagram @piecesofmaya / @mayawears before making a purchase, as we will not accept any returns or exchanges!!
If your product arrives damaged, please send us a picture and video as soon as you receive it, in the exact condition. We will not accept ANY damage complaints after 48hrs of its delivery time.
